Each number is held for 20 minutes. If the code has not arrived by then the rental closes on its own and the charge is returned to your wallet automatically. You do not have to ask.

You are refunded in full. Your balance is only kept when a code is actually delivered, so an unused number costs you nothing.

Yes, any time before the code lands, and you get the money back. Once a code has been delivered the rental cannot be cancelled: the message was received and the number was used.

No. Each rental is for one verification. If a service sends a second code to the same number while the rental is still open you will see it, but once the rental closes the number is released back to the pool and cannot be recovered.

No. They are carrier-issued mobile numbers, which is why they are accepted by services that reject VoIP ranges.

You fund a wallet, and each rental is deducted from that balance. Prices shown across the site are what you pay. There is no separate fee per number.

Yes. Rent numbers, poll for codes, or have them pushed to you by webhook. The key, the endpoint reference and the webhook settings are on the API page once you have an account.
